Traditional Marquees
A traditional canvas marquee is suitable for grass surfaces.
At a glance
- It is made from natural canvas and supported using a combination of internal support poles and external guy ropes.
- Ideal for country fairs, village fêtes, garden parties and weddings.
- They can be fitted with floors, linings and lighting for that touch of elegance.
You should allow a minimum of 6ft round the outside of the marquee for the guy ropes and pins.
For example, we would recommend that for a 60 x 40ft Traditional Marquee you require a clear area of ground measuring 75 x 55ft.
